What information should I include?+
Tell us what needs doing, the address, your preferred date, and any stairs, parking or access restrictions. Photos and approximate sizes help. For a move, include both pickup and drop-off addresses and a list of the main items.
Can I book after we’ve discussed the job by message?+
Yes. After we agree on the details, we can send a private confirmation link in your existing message conversation. Review the appointment and confirm it there.
How do I change a confirmed appointment?+
